In your inventory there is no need for food, however, I always like to keep food for random events. Super attack pots are only 1-2k per, so if you buy them they speed up training alot as they make you hit more often. It is always good to carry a Dragon Battle Axe for specials, so you get some strength bonus.
Needs changing, don't think any randoms can hit you now. Also bring normal restores when using dragon battleaxe since it screws with your attack.

ive been doin yaks for over a year now, and its starting to get packed...

Your signature has been removed because it was breaking the rules of this community. It was too big (either too wide or too tall) and/or its file-size was too large. To find out more, please see our Help & Rules Section. Please ensure that you fix your signature according to the rules before putting it up again. Otherwise, you may be banned. If you need any help, feel free to contact me.
Thanks,

True, whenever I pass Yak's when I go to Neitiznot for any random reason, there have always been at least 3 people camping there. They are still an ideal place to train considering how many of them there are, and how fast they respawn.

About 80% of the people at Yaks are botters so just be quick and you can get as many Yaks as you want

There are plenty of alternatives that can give better experience. As of this post:

Item: Cost per unit, Accuracy, Strength
Iron Knife: 85gp, 5, 4
Black Knife: 105gp, 10, 8
Mithril dart: 45gp, 8, 7
Adamant dart: 72gp 11, 10

These prices change all the time, so for anyone reading this even as late as February 2012 the prices could be completely reversed. From the numbers above you notice you can get much better performance for cheaper.

Anyways, if this was updated it would be great :D

I don't believe so. In addition to most of the bots being gone, there are many other places for people to train as well.

id like to say that if yu plan on training here for a while id suggest keeping hides.
reason being yu can tan ea for 5gp then alch for 300 if you alch legs meaning 1 hide for 300 ea.

break down for dummies :)
hide + 5gp + thread = about 15gp.
Nature rune =240gp.
yak legs alch 300
profit for alching !!
not best way to alch but if ya gonna be here why not
