Unless you admitted to breaking RSC rules, there should be no power use going on if it didn't necessarily occur on the board or anything. Of course, I'm not entirely sure on the situation, and you'd probably want to discuss the issue with an admin (smod/king) or (if the person you're referring to is a member/senior member CL) the leader of their board if you really think you're being abused in some way that is unjust.

I personally find the community structured very well. I have followed up with Zybez for almost 4 years now, and still am just as happy (if not happier) with the way things are. All the new changes I found to be well thought out, and a great move.

Can i say there should be more of an update in the RuneScape Community for the Clan Discussion. More easy access or something. More new ideas of improving the Clan Discussion. Maybe including a free online chat inside the Clan Discussion where members can talk to others live? It's an assumption but for now im happy with the boards, sometimes people dont keep to the topic and move to other topic genres and dont intend to follow the topic rules which i think should be moderated quite so often.

There is a topic up in Clan Discussion where users and staff can interact directly and follow up on ideas on how to improve Clan Discussion. We've had many ideas come from that topic and 9/10 times ideas are replied to within the very same day, most the time within two hours. Help Us Improve Clan Discussion (click < that)

As far as "live chat" goes #CDRSC on Swiftirc network (can be accessed through Swiftkit or MIrc) is Clan Discussions official chat channel and often has well over 50 people in there, including CD staff. You can discuss pretty much anything in there. Read THIS topic for info on how to get in and whatnot.

There comes a point where everything worth discussing has been discussed. CD only got a few changes, mostly non related to Runescape updates, as in the clans' fights and positions. The only way the discussions can keep being new and interesting is if the users them-self think of new discussion subjects. The staff members can't do much to help this progress, other than their own discussion topics, so it's more of an issue relating to the user-community than to the moderation-community.

The fan-site is mostly only as interesting as the clan-community itself.

Personally i became involved with RSC since all the other sites on our highschools computers are blocked, but i'm glad that i've started to become active in this community. Theres alot of interesting people to to talk to, and i really enjoy the suggestions, off topic, and clan disscusion forums. Personally i think its a great site.

The official RS forum isn't as easy to navigate or to link to, so I prefer Zybez for actual chatting. I still go to the official forum for news and the "Distractions and Diversions" section.

As far as Zybez goes, I like the main site and the Pictures sections. Beyond the artsy stuff, the discussions don't interest me, and the guides really aren't as useful as the ones on Wikia or Salmoneus. I'm not saying I want things to change, though. I just wish the main Pictures section was more active.
