To actually answer his question, it's 2 pixels too tall.

If you're talking about your current signature then yes, that is fine. As long as the combined image size is less than 500X150, you're fine.

Right click your image, and look for "properties", it should give you a size.

If you put in a bigger avatar, it is automatically shrunk down to around 75x75, I guess the only thing you have to watch is file size.
