I know that this might not be the right forum for this subject, but people keep telling me that my grandma has alzheimer's and dementia and possibly I think bipolar and or schizophrenia. My grandma is 76 years old and has been accumulating items since the 60's and 70's (alzheimer's). She's been like this for her whole life. When I was working at one of the local country clubs as I mentioned during then she lashed out at me and tried to run me over with her car in the middle of a parking lot in broad daylight with witnesses. One bystander offered to call the police and I tried explaining that my grandma is like this every day. The head chef at the country club said that his wife is a social worker or a psychologist and that my grandma has some symptoms of dementia. Definitely my grandma has some chronic mental condition that has never been properly intervened. I keep complaining to my also bad parents that we need to have her committed to a psychiatric facility or jail (my grandma is one of "those"). My grandma is one of the fighting old people. Plus a form of my grandma lashing out is that she sues everyone (yes, really). She currently has at least 5+ lawsuits right now that most aren't going anywhere. Plus my grandma's house is a pigsty. If you think that my house or most peoples' houses are bad, check out my grandma's. There is a leak from the ceiling that opened back up after some family fixed it up a while ago, plus she's a hoarder (alzheimer's) (not as bad as some people but still getting bad/worse). Plus my parents which I mentioned are bad parents are very under protective. A few months ago I had to call the police on my grandma because it had felt like she had touched me/hit me and they didn't arrest her, it was a close call to her going to jail finally. I've been pushing for a very long time to have my grandma committed into a psychiatric facility or jail but my parents who are ironically dependent on me (I'm 21) wont do anything about it. Plus I've already started to document my parent's lack of intervention and my grandma's misconduct and house situation.
