In my personal opinion I enjoy OSRS more because of the nostalgic value for veteran players. What about you?

I came back to RSC and RS because of OSRS. :king:

Don't get me wrong about RS3. RS3 had utterly great features and quests update that any runescape fan should reconsider doing all the story mode and enjoy playing again.

I go through phases of playing alot, playing a little and not playing at all of OSRS, but I do not play RS3 whatsoever. At the moment I'm in the not playing at all phase, but I expect in the new year I'll get some more motivation to play properly. :-D

I play OSRS because of the clan scene. I would try out RS3 but my old account is locked right now because of a j-coin complication and I don't want to start over on a game I don't think I'll enjoy.

Clanning on 07 is so much better than rs3 and it's the only thing that keeps me playing

A while ago i was able to recover my original account, and logged in to check out rs3. Those were about all the 5 minutes of playtime that version will get from me.

I prefer OSRS because i played the most back in the day around that time, It's nostalgic and fun. However I also play rs3 because my F2P skiller is almost maxed

OSRS. When I couldn't figure out if I was doing good damage on RS3, or what armor was good, gave up lol.

Strictly OSRS. RS3 is great, and some of the features they've added are wonderful, it just doesn't give me the pull that OSRS does.

I like both games for different reasons.

I like the less grind and more action style RuneScape 3 has, I still have issues with the game. I dislike how skills go years without updates or additions and we get a new boss every 3 months, not to mention the aesthetic feel has less appeal with some of the more obnoxious aesthetics, looking at you happy walk, and obligatory treasure hunter is awful and should have never even touched RuneScape. The game is much more polished, the questing is fantastic, and the world events are a positive addition to the game.

OSRS knows it's roots and even with updates, keeps with the spirit of the RuneScape we fell in love with. RuneScape's old mechanics have aged well and it's game-play is still unique, and much more accessable. It benefits from a fantastic development team that does not feel artificial. However I think there is a notable amount to mention part of the community that gets toxic and vile at times, (Rs3 is not excluded but it's far more noticable in osrs).

Overall I think osrs, if I had to choose would be my preferred game
I do think people are stuck in the past on RS3, a lot of the complaints I see nowadays are outdated, RS3 has come a long way from it's awful awful eoc launch (It's still not everyone's cup of tea still though).
