The rules

Each artist may only enter with one entry.
All entries must be created by you, in other words: No ripping.
Entries must not be signed by the user creating them. This is to ensure anonymous voting.
You need to include all stocks/renders/photos used by you.
You are not permitted to tell anybody to vote for your entry by any method of communication. If caught, you will be banned from all future competitions.
No pornography.
All entries must be unique and new.
Winners may participate in consecutive competitions if they choose to.

Theme: Halloween.
Signatures allowed: Yes
Avatars allowed: Yes
Photos allowed: Yes
Large arts allowed: Yes
Traditional Art allowed: Yes
Specifications: Halloween is approaching and to get us in the mood we want you guys to submit your Halloween themed graphics. Looking forward to seeing what everybody can come up with.

I think it was encouraged to submit your images used, lots of us did but a few didn't. There's not really a reason not to, to be honest.
