Any specific boss you're looking for guidance with? Just from looking at your stats and some of your gear I'd probably recommend dagannoth kings.

I do it because I can. I can because I want to. I want to because you said I couldn't.

I'm not talking just straight bosses, I'm talking the whole game in general.

I just want to to know what I can invest in at the moment that will benefit me later on.

Go to the Frost Dragons and make GP for some decent gear.

Voaz,
Don't you ever wonder, how we survive?

I'd save for Bandos. Perhaps Armadyl, Royal d'hide is meh. Get into Dungeoneering and get a Rapier at least. Also buy a pair of Dragon claws.

You should check out his Guide made by Tee 3 -

It's been very helpful for me to work towards PvM. :-)

I'm using this guide as well, I'm just checking for items that may have been missed.

Herblore, prayer, summoning, and gear are all extremely beneficial. I'd continue following the guide by Tact. You'll need a lot more money to throw into your account, so just take steps. Work on making money for the skills I listed and knock out useful quests for experience and abilities.

Alright, I appreciate the input!
