Currently a lot of high-leveled players are running through the Fight Kiln to obtain an uncut onyx, so I fear the price will fall down soon. I think you should stay away from tzhaar monsters unless you are on a slayer task.

Had a small spike in price ever since they came out. Truthfully they did, at some point, dip into 6M territory, but now it's about 8.5M.

Monkey Skeletons would be your best bet (since you can't do dark beasts... =/)
