That's normal lol. If you have a f2p account, you get an ad (that's how they get money from f2p). If you're p2p, it goes away.

I was experiencing this problem recently as well. For me, just closing Swiftkit and reopening it seemed to resolved the issue. I thing this issue is a problem on Jagex's part, and not actually Swiftkit itself.

Also, are you logging into a f2p account and then trying to log out and into a p2p account without reloading the client? That seems to cause the issue a lot for me.

RIP Brooklyn, you will never be forgotten, but forever loved. 12/9/2011
RIP Sarah, you will be missed greatly. I just wish we got to talk that day before you went off to a better place. 13/3/2012

Have you tried just using your browser? That's key in knowing if it's Jagex or Swiftkit's problem.

Due to health reasons, I have stepped down from most of my Zybez/RSC duties and almost all of my Runescape playing. I intend to return within a month or two.

You need to load the RS home page inside SwiftKit and login to it. This will clear the cache that is telling the ad block to display. Just and FYI when you are p2p the ad is still there they just use JavaScript to hide it.
