What is the best way to get them?  

Ive heard you can get them in the Jadinko lair as monster drops and by spending your favours, but is that faster then hunting jadinkos? and which jadinkos has the highest chance of dropping them when hunting .?

I'm not sure how common they are at the jadinko lair, but at herblore habitiat, you should hunt common, carrion, or draconic jadinkos depending on your level.

Just collect them at Herblore Habitat. I got about 5 in 200k exp.

You'd probably be best off doing common jadinkos even with the level attached to your name. The seeds are fairly fast to obtain, and you can get other useful one's as well such as samadens. If you're 80+ of course do draconic+commons as these will be even faster.

I got 5 ugune seeds from 2k favor, plus several other herb/blossom seeds and juju pouches

Don't turn the favor in til you max it, when I turned in about 1.6k favor, all I was given was blossom seeds and pouches, although that might just be bad luck.

Contrary to what some people have said, the jadinkos in the habitat DO affect the numbers of various seeds you get from within the lair. Thus, I'd suggest having carrion jadinkos in the habitat, with green, boneyard, kalferberry. Then get favor as quickly as possible (I firemake curled roots) and when you spend your favor you'll find you get a goodly number of herb seeds.

edit: just noticed you don't currently have 83 fm/wc, so you'll have to gain the favor killing the jadinkos. I don't have 80+ slayer, so I really don't know how the speed compares. It's still going to be way faster than gathering the seeds doing hunter.

Thanks for the tips guys, ive decided that since im up for getting some hunter exp im going to get 78 for those carrion jadinkos i believe it is :P
