So i thoguht for sure my account is 5 years old ( got pic from 06 and stuff) but i cant get a vet cape. some one else said you had to be a member for 5 years... is this true? if so im pissed.

2007 would be year 1.
2008 year 2
2009 year 3
2010 year 4
end of 2011, year 5.

well my main question was if it was 5 years as a member, because someone beside me had recoveries last set in 2003, yet he couldnt get it. but my little brother who has a chicken on his account got it so its good :D

A little notice: There have been some bugs come up with obtaining one of the new Distinction capes (not just Veterans' cape, but any), where you'd have the requirements to get it, but it still wouldn't let you. Jagex has been working diligantly on this, so that may be your problem there. ;)
