If this is common knowledge, delete it, I have no idea if it is or not

Now everyone knows the way to get rid of firemaking bots, just set up a bird snare or bot trap or cannon, and they won't be able to light fires anymore.
We also have ways at killing green drag bots.

However, nowadays, a lot of green drag bots are botting frost drags after they botted dung to 85.  When you are at frost drags, you can say in public chat "Your resistance to dragonfire is about to run out".  Once you say that, the vast majority of bot programs will have their characters drink a antifire dose.  Simply repeat that statement a couple times until all of the bots in range have drunk all their antifire doses.  The bots will then proceed to leave after they are out of antifire doses.  Main drawback is this is just a temporary solution.  Those bots will go bank, get more antifire, and come back. But, it's a useful way to get rid of bots for at least a little while.

Edit: with no way of proving someone is a bot, I have no idea if this works for all bots, BUT, when I did try this at frost drags after being told this on someone who I thought was a bot, it worked perfectly.  There's no garentee with this tip

"who are you" and "are you mad" merely showcase immaturity and lack of self esteem as individuals attempt to make up for the ridicule and lack of respect they receive in real life by pretending to be powerful beings behind the hidden veil of the internet
Only those who actually are mad have the need to mention that they are not mad in order to dispute and hide the true extent of their anger

Because you posted this I give it 1 week until the bot scripters fix it. :-/ As I am assuming they will find a way.

Yeah a lot of these are just temporary, but if you're legitimately playing and watch suspicious players then you can pretty much single out bots.  Their walk patterns and delayed actions are pretty much repetitive, as with a normal person there is variety.  Most hunter/firemaking bots are easy to take care of, most people who cut ivy will talk so it's easy to single them out.  The only things that I can't find a solution for is fishing/mining in the LRC.  I've seen some bots walk and rest in really awkward places, and there's usually 4-5 of them, so they're easy to notice as well, but of course we have to rely on Jagex for most of those, so no telling what use reporting them is.

If you get the Frost Dragon Botters banned, then they'll be gone for a while because it takes a while to get 85 Dungeoneering :P

since you posted this. Botters can just now turn public off or hide it and now that problem is resolved,

However this is still useful

Even if they fix their scripts its possible to stop the bots for a while which is a good thing imo.

In fact, it was a matter of hours.
Fixing the message listeners (as they are called) only required one additional code: .isAutomated()

Most bot scripters won't realize yet :/
