curious for locations for pottery wheels and kilns that are close to bank

There's a totem pole in the center of the legend's guild you can use them on.

Cracked woodcutting - 160 xp - logs up to level 10
Fraile woodcutting - 425 xp - logs up to level 35
Woodcutting - 825 xp - logs up to level 58
Strong woodcutting - 1,662.5 xp - logs up to level 75

Urns do not work with ivy or saw mill orders.

and just an alternate from the skills necklace, the pottery wheel in draynor village along with the kiln is a prefect area close to the bank.
