other than teleporting to cammy to take the charter ship there or even mobilising armies teleporting and running east, are there any other faster ways?

Gnome Glider/Fairy Ring AKS gets you into Feldip, but I think MA->run / Cammy ->charter is faster (you can also fit in a herb run/daily pineapples and seaweed)
Ectophial -> run to Port Pharm -> charter is faster though
