When you type it into the developer's console, what does each thing mean? and what are optimal settings (?) to hybrid with?

Lower your settings to minimum if you're worried about low FPS getting in the way.

Yea i know that, but "developer's console" is where you type the thing in.

You want your FPS to be in the 30-50 range(any higher is pointless)
Your memory depends on your graphics card/computer capabilites but generally should be no more than 100,000kb
Your data sent/recieved is irrelevant.
Your offheap should stay around 5-10k, any higher is bad.
and your cache should always be at 100%
edit: reason for higher offheap being bad, is that your computer will be storing too much information at one time. Whenever you get the *loading please wait* screen is when your java cache is dumping all that unneeded information and getting new information.

Yeah, as well as your graphics card...as long as your frames per second dosen't go into the "redzone"(15fps or less) you should be fine...it should generally stay a constant 25-40fps
