ALOT of people these days are botting on there best account they have because you can not trade money from account to account. So what's going to happen is this: botters will make lvl 3 accounts and let them fish/ woodcut pick flax etc.. for money so they can put the money on their main accounts.
If jagex ban the level 3'ers because they were botting, the botter himself won't care about the account because he will just make another level 3 to bot on. If his main account get banned he will be MAD but it won't get banned cause it is not the account who was botting.
So i'm wondering if Jagex is able and aloud to IP ban the player because he has been banned for several times on different accounts now.
That will stop the botting community by a high percentage because there will be less level 3's botting for their main accounts cus they're scared to get IP banned.
If they're aloud and able to do it, this might also be a suggestion.
so again the question: is Jagex aloud to IP ban players cus they did the same thing over and over? (botting)
Thanks already

But wouldn't it be a smart move if Jagex is going to introduce this.
I mean extreme vs extreme no more the soft rollbacks, they really gotta learn from their faults.

aww so ur saying there is no way that jagex can ip ban the people so if they're trying to change their ip and start up runescape it won't work?

If players got IP banned, they'd just change their IP and continue botting.

And yeah, they can't do that. I'm pretty sure IP banning is the farthest you can go.

Mod can close this now!
EDITTT: Owen, Jagex is trying to improve the game, if they'd add this feature and it'd work it will improve the game, that's why.

I assume they will detect botted gold and flag it in the system, following it to the main account and banning them all together.
Ofcourse not before the botter got enough money to buy a nice little rare which can be banned with him/her

If 100 people are botting (even on there main) and they perm ban them.
A good part of those 100 will probably continue playing and pay membership: ($$$)
