1,200 High Alchs can be cast in an hour.
I don't recommend High-Alching, however. You should try Superheating Steel bars for 10K more Magic xp/hour, a small profit, and 25K Smithing Xp/hour.

1k is approx 50 mins. So around 1.2k per hour.

1 Alch = 3 Seconds
1 hour = 3600 seconds
3600/3 = 1300 alchs per hour at max concentration
