my pulled muscle is getting better, havent takign any anti inflammatories in a few days, hitting gym hard again not going to be too strenous though

Got 315x1 after a failed attempt at 325. Video looks like it's not a PR since it went up semi-smooth, but I tried 320 and didn't make it.
Now if only I could find my USB cable. This video will be up one day, I promise.
NEW SQUAT MAX IS 315
And I swear that if I hadn't injured my leg, my max would be 340+

Did 4x heine muellers (440m sprint, so basically 1760 meters/1.1 miles of sprints)
2 mile jog
about 150 burpees total
about 150 sit ups total
and a lot of ball handling work/kicking work
absolutely exhausted
