Currently in the Lost City quest guide it states the following.

"Note: It may be a good idea to take a Silver sickle mould and silver bar to Entrana. Once there, you will be able to use the furnace to make a silver sickle, to be used on the Tree Spirit. When you enter the dungeon, make sure you are not wielding the sickle, or it will be taken off of you."

You can no longer make a Silver Sickle on Entrana, attempting to do so displays the the message;

"You can't make that on Entrana; the monks will object".
