Basically 70 Def, 99 Ranged, and enough Atk and Str to make the player still ranged based.

High defence and high range. 74 attack and strength are generally the highest levels in each stat you can get before becoming melee based.

Mm that's a good set of stats to aim for, 42 att/str being for void I presume.
I would go for 70/80 Defence.

thanks everyone, I must be thinking of the wrong type, is there a type of account that is:
75 att and str
99 defence
99 ranged
99 mage
70 prayer
and whatever summoning?

75atk and str makes you melee based.get 70atk 74str in melee at most.
