Briefing. Welcome to the last monster hunting event of Cycle 2, where this time we'll be hunting General Graardor, the Bandos Avatar using CoinShare. This cycle started pretty successfully with an Armadyl Hilt, a Divine Sigil and 2 Saradomin hilts but has ended pretty weakly with no Zamorak hilts, only small splits at Dagannoth Kings and 1 pair of dragon claws. Hopefully this week, we end the cycle in the same way we started it. It's likely no one will be able to tank Bandos at the start of the event because so many people spread out, but later in the event, if there is a need, i will be tanking along with any volunteers.Be inside the CC (Cthulthu) 15 minutes in advance of the event (5.45pm BST/12.45pm EST/11.45am CST) at which point people will be added, failure to do so might end in you missing the first couple of kills and getting into the main CC might become hard. If the main CC is full, join the Secondary CC (Rougueleader), which will hold the event on a different world if there is a need. Feel free to join my IRC channel #Cthulthu for any information/questions before and during the event. Requirements. - 70 Strength- 40 Prayer Recommendations. - 75+ Attack- 75+ Strength - 75+ Defense - 75+ Hitpoints | ![]() |
Guides.
The following guides are guides used by people in small teams or people who solo. These are in no way completely accurate representations of what you should take. Use these guides to learn about the boss and how to reach the boss. You should also be able to gain an understanding in what armour you should be bringing. The suggested inventories will be the biggest discrepancy because you are likely to need far less food and perhaps even prayer with some bosses dying very quickly and the rooms having alters that might be all you need to restore prayer. You will have to work it out yourself, ask friends, and guess based on your own experiences for now. Just remember, its better to take more than you need than to take the bare minimum and regret it later.Zybez's GodWars Guide.

[IMPORTANT] - Mass Monster Hunting Guide.
It is clear that we need to make a 'What to bring to masses' guide. It's impossible for me to advise anyone below my level because i simply don't know what i would bring in your position. From now on, at the end of trips, we want your feedback on what to take to these trips at your level. We need information such as what your combat stats are, what gear, inventory and familiar you brought (including Beast of burden inventory if applicable) and details on what you would change for the next Bandos trip. Cycle 3 will be all about making a guide, so that in future, we can all prepare to go to these monster hunts with the best equipment.
Important things to Remember.
-You MUST bring a hammer to get into the Bandos Zone.-Take a Bandos and Zammy item to avoid being attacked while getting KC in or near the Bandos zone. You may need an Armadyl item if you prefer the south KC spot which is the fastest, but that's completely optional.
-If you're not being attacked by the boss, pray range.
-If you're being attacked by the boss, pray melee and get ready to tank it.
-If you take a familiar that attacks the boss such as a terrorbird or war tortoise, the boss may switch his attacks to you. Either watch out for when he does switch or don't bring a familiar that attacks, use a Yak or a unicorn or a familiar that helps you without attacking.
-Leechers will be kicked and banned from my future events at my discretion. Leeching includes (but not limited to) a) Not attacking the boss for multiple rounds, b) having less than 3 items (one of which must be a stab weapon, which i will be the judge of). Also, a Corporeal Beast event only rule: If you die continuously and the reason is because of your poor gear or inventory, you are no use to us and will be kicked for that too. I only want people who work for it to make a profit. This will be judged on what i can see, I won't kick someone who dies a lot but is clearly unlucky and is not dying because of his poor effort.
-Finally, If you want to have a problem free event, make sure you add the account of the CC you're in and stay on the world in which the CC's event is being held in. This is to avoid you accidentally being removed from my friends list when i make space for new people.
