I am currently bursting rock lobs for 88-96 sum charms. What is the best way to use my crim and blue charms? (not gunna bother with green/gold because they are way to slow). I've heard swamp titans with crims, are these good?
88 sum right now.

With crims I'd do Swamp titan, then Wolpertinger, then Iron Titan.
With blue, I'd wait to 89, then make Geyser Titans.

Just to add onto this post, make Swamp Titan pouches only until you hit 89 Summoning. Once you hit 89 Summoning, use all your blue charms making Geyser Titan pouches.
This will ensure that you don't waste crimson charms making Swamp Titan pouches when really the amount of blue charms you have might be enough to get you to 92 Summoning (to make Wolpertinger pouches).

So, to sum it up:
88-89 Summoning: Make Swamp Titan pouches.
89-92 Summoning: Use all of your blue charms making Geyser Titan pouches. If your blue charms are not enough to get you to 92 Summoning, then, after using all of your blue charms, go back to making Swamp Titan pouches until you get to 92 Summoning.
92-95 Summoning: Make Wolpertinger pouches.
95-96 Summoning: Make Iron Titan pouches.
