[Fresh Off Tutorial Island]

Hey guys.

I've decided to get Fishing as my 17th 99. I'm currently 94 Fishing with 600k XP to 95, and I've been wondering what would be the fastest way to get my Fishing level to 99 and the approximate XP rate. I gather that fly-fishing in Shilo Village or fishing Rocktails would bring in some hefty XP. Any other ideas?

I also have Fishing brawlers; where would it be best to use them?

Monkfish or Leeping trout/salmon etc with the barb training rod.

Barbarian Fishing! is the best exp fishing exp on runescape. which can be up to 60k exp a hour. You have to fish/drop this
If you want to be do a bit laziness I suggest doing Rocktail they are 40-50k exp a hour and bring in atleast 200k Gp a hour. Also are very good for not paying full attention to Rs.

Make sure to use Granite Lobster those +4 will make a differences in timing/even make money off the spawns in it.

are you looking for more of a profit or just fast exp?

If you want fast exp use fly fishing at shilo or w/e and thats fast exp
If you want some profit out of it use LObsters or monkfish i hear both go pretty faast and you make a bunch of profit

If I were you, I would just do Rockfish to 99 in the Living Rock Caverns. It's better XP than Shilo Village at your level, and it's also not agonizingly boring.

Fishing at rocktails is not the best exp, but is a small bit slower then shilo, etc. It is also easier to afk/not pay attention and the profit far outweighs the small amount of exp an hour that shilo beats it at.
