There have been many instances in the past and even more so in recent months, of people joining their rival clans. (the corr and co. etc..)

so the questions:

Is it fine for people to join a rival clan once they leave their current clan?
Is it alright to join a clan that you spent a good amount of time flaming in the past?
what circumstances might have you join your rival clan?
If you left for a rival clan in the past has it had any impact on your friends in the clan you used to be in?

This
why talk smack about a clan saying how they suck and stuff and then go to join them. you look like an idiot
only exception would be if you had nothing against the rival clan and you didnt flame/talk smack about them.

Is it fine for people to join a rival clan once they leave their current clan?
-Yeah if you want to look like a retard and get constantly sniped\piled\flamed by your old clan, happen you see them in the wilderness

Is it alright to join a clan that you spent a good amount of time flaming in the past?
-I suppose, sometimes bad clans turn it up a notch and gain respect, others (like rsd) are in permanent major slumps

what circumstances might have you join your rival clan?
-I would never join vr lol, I wouldn't join an f2p clan at all

If you left for a rival clan in the past has it had any impact on your friends in the clan you used to be in?
-Yeah, somewhat, I was in The Crew for 3 months and spied for Border Patrol since I was going to quit and join them anyway when they opened.

Rembo you should leave TT and join EoS and then tell me how it feels.

I left DF for VR and it felt good. Then left VR for EoS and it felt kinda gay.

Never done it, never will do it.\

But I won't ever flame someone to do it, they obviously have some reasoning to do it.

How is Eos a rival clan for TT? We get on pretty well most of the time.

OT: Leaving your clan for a rival clan is pretty sad, shows alot about the character of the person. In most case's they became rival clans for a reason (and it's generally a bad reason :-P ).

Is it fine for people to join a rival clan once they leave their current clan? Whatever floats your boat.

Is it alright to join a clan that you spent a good amount of time flaming in the past? People stand up for their clans, part of that is flaming. In short, yes.

what circumstances might have you join your rival clan? Well considering I've been clanning for 5 years and been in 4 clans total (and only left one), pretty much none. If for some reason all my friends (and I mean every last one) bailed and went to a rival clan I might think about following, but that's about the only reason.

If you left for a rival clan in the past has it had any impact on your friends in the clan you used to be in? I haven't, but I would imagine it might for some people depending on the circumstances.

2 TT members and the odd comment from 1 or 2 others in the heat of the moment and some random Eos fa's/members making some comments hardly makes us "rival clans." Unless your incredibly petty.

I was pretty loyal to both clan's I was in and I would never leave for the rival clan, that shows weakness and cowardliness; People do change depends on the clan you are in because you are in a different environment however if hes/shes a really good friend you will however still look at the person the same way you did before.

Sometimes you may be in a clan where the whole clan hates another but that might not be the case of yourself and your just an exception, in that case it's pretty fair to just leave to the rival clan because you never actually hated the other clan; I only get mad when someone talks crap about a clan and next thing we know is that he joins them with a bull-S excuse.

Never would do it, people usually do it out of immature rage and use it against their past clan. Though some friends have joined rival clans, I don't agree to it.
