[October Sky]

Spirit Kyatts offer a nice teleport to the Summoning Obelisk near the Piscatoris Fishing colony. While using this as a training method always keep your camera facing DIRECTLY SOUTH and AS LEVEL WITH THE GROUND AS POSSIBLE. This small change in your camera view...

...lets you bank faster at Castle wars...


...and let's you see the Obelisk better.


You do not even have to tilt back to North-facing to get to the trapdoor, because you can use the minimap to get there (see above)

i keep mine pointing to the north. its still possible to do all this if you know how and taking adventages of the "loading, please wait" message that comes up

If it wasn't a hassle, I wouldn't have made a tip about it.

Point it east. Same advantages, but bigger clickable areas and all on the right side of the screen.

Seems like it might speed things up a little, which is always nice.

A nice tip, I'm sure I'll use it when I get the charms for 96 Summoning.

Thanks for the tip! I usually don't turn my camera around when training summoning, it's good to know an efficient direction for it to be faced

It isn't a hassle, doesn't speed things up. I pre click the ladder as i tele in, so as i land i'm already about to go down it. Your method is slower.

Any member does, but in case some free players/new members saw this and had no earthly idea what I was talking about.

Also, I think someone posted that they didn't know about Kyatts before this.

I personally swing mine round. South for Castle Wars, North for Ladder, South for Obelisk. With all that being done in the loading message, I can expect it saves more time than this. However, this is definately a good lazy mans tip.

That's obviously just your opinion. I find that changing the camera around every few seconds IS a hassle and that this method is better than yours. When facing south you can spam click the minimap before the screen even changes from being black and you're off running to the ladder, which appears with more than enough time to click before you stop running. You can click on the chest as soon as you teleport to cwars and you don't ever have to move the camera.

I have been doing this for a while and I thought I figured it out on my own but now I realize I have just been subconsciously following this thread. This is a great tip.
