If you want a person to make a whole entire website for you for FREE, then you better think again lol. At the most, Google free web templates and try to find a website template you like and edit it. But if you want a custom website, it's usually going to cost some $.

You won't find someone to make you a free website, you could try and find some freelancer to do it. As they won't charge as much as pro's. If you can't edit the template youself, you'll need to be prepared to pay a couple of $
