Some of the rewards have been leaked from the official RS website! They appear to be lawyer suits and equipable papers and documents, and it looks like their purpose is just cosmetics. Need proof? Check out the links below.

If they can pull it off, I'll be glad the building finally has another use!
Looks somewhat interesting, but only time will tell. I've never been to court before in a game :-P
