My account was banned a few months ago for nothing and they have no evidence. They say I hijacked just because my cousin came over and played on his account here. I sent two appeals and both were denied in the same space of time and Jagex said the same thing twice so it was obviously a bot that automatically denied my apppeal. I am pissed because I want to play runescape again but I've been banned for nothing and cant get in touch with Jagex to ask them for a real person and not a bot to look over the account. If you know any way to contact them, please help, I want my main back and not my crappy f2p lvl 35. Pictures below, please look, you'll notice they have no evidence in the second photo.

As far as the answer goes: I don't think you can directly contact Jagex about this matter. You can leave messages on their facebook and twitter profiles, but I'm not sure whether such a serious matter as account banishments will be handled via Facebook/Twitter. Can't you appeal it again?

You don't get banned for nothing. They will say what rule was broken: state that rule here. If it was botting and such then they can't really provide evidence but if you get banned for certain things like advertising and such then there's evidence.

The best you can do is to include a message in your appeal, As for contacting Jagex personally the forums would be the only place to do so. And if there are over 3000 appeals coming in everyday, with a workforce of 49 members the player support team doesn't have the time to personally respond to your appeals. As for you being banned for nothing, Jagex doesn't have to provide evidence. You can't be banned for nothing at all, if it was botting then no evidence will be shown, and if you bought the account and they found out they will not provide evidence.

I was banned for nothing, I even said they just thought I hacked my cousin because he played in my house.

I told you, I was banned for nothing because my cousin played in my house and they thought i hijacked him. If I new I did it I would just have to accept it but I didn't do it so I'm trying my best to get my account back.

Nope, they only gave me two appeals maximum.

You might aswell put in my name (madra6). yeah, I've read that post but it's retarded cuz if your banned you cant post anyway so how can you tell them? lol. It might get blanked but I still think there retarded because they have no evidence and no possible way of contacting them over the issue. Look at the pics too if you havent yet.
