How do you lock a runescape account , i'm in the situation where the hacker knows all my info + email address.

You can't lock your own account. Your best bet is to change your email passwords and begin retrieving data proving you're the owner of your account (credit card receipts, etc).

I got that , but i'm afraid that he might hack it back again.
I just know that he changed my Recoverys Questions and Added an Email to the account and also a bank pin
