How much xp per hour will I get at yews at around 95 Woodcutting?

If you are paying full attention and using a dragon axe, along with the world being not too crowded you can expect to max at around ~200 yew logs per hour, a little more if you are really lucky. I've been getting that since around level 90 or so. So that's 200 logs at 175 exp per, so about 35k exp an hour is your max.

I've gotten closer to 240 logs/hr in my testing at 99. I was in the Tree Gnome Stronghold spot with a planted yew.

But yeah, somewhere in that ballpark. Yews are pretty slow no matter what level you are; I wouldn't recommend them for moneymaking.

depends where your going i personally like going by camelot its really fast there.(my opinion)
