they are hard hitting and accurate, also arrows are lost on fire no matter what, therefore.

black dragons, greater demons where acculminator doesn't work, or any monster that u can safe spot with high defence. Rune c bow + bolts might be too inaccurate to work effectively

I see people using Crystal bows in the Blue Dragon under Heroes Guild and in the Demon Cage in the ogre village south of yanille. Places like that. But all in all knives are better for training.

using a crystal bow is good but is very costly with the charges...

1st charge 900k
2nd 720k
3rd 540k
4th 360k
lastly 180k

once you charged it 5 times till it costs 180k to recharge it is the minimum fee

knives are so much cheaper and definatly alot faster. Crystal bow for training is just like dropping a few mill on the floor, As well as your time.

After the 5th recharge crystal bow is pretty great to train with at monsters with medium-high defence like black dragons, greater demons and blue dragons.
If you just want to train fast xp go for knives on low defence monsters like yaks and rock crabs.

Knives are much better for training, but the Crystal Bow is extremely efficient against higher level monsters.
