i was randomly disconnected, and i try to log in and get that message....
it hasnt gone away for 10 minutes.......

ur account is still possible logged in from being disconned. or u have been hacked i would keep trying. if u look at ur hs's and know how much xp u had of w/e ur traning and its updated. you have prob been hacked. if u xp hasent been updated ur still logged in.

It's possible your RuneScape Account has got stuck in a World/Server while some of the Servers keep going offline currently. Don't worry about it as Jagex are working to fix it.

Jagex had a server migration today, so that could be the problem.
