Wow, that is brilliant.

I actually read every single word. You've clearly spent a lot of time on this, and I think it's a really good idea.

I love the way that skillers and brawlers have to work with each other and that one group can't go on without the other.

The rewards look pretty interesting as well. The idea of the smoking pickaxe and sharpened harpoon are really good, and I'd definetly want one.

I can't think of anything of how to improve it, and I'd like to hope that a minigame like this is released sometime in the future.

It would be better if the smoking pickaxe smelted a lower persentage of ores (10-25%) and didn't need to be charged.
also if it could smelt every ore including the ones that didnt require coal. mining iron ore gives a chance of smelting into a iron bar (100% success), mining coal gives a chance of smelting a steel bar and mining eather tin or copper gives a chance of smelting a bronze bar.
The Tool of Hell (its only one tool so thats how its spelled) could have a larger presentage (25-40%) as it is extremly hard to get.

nice idea, tho I dont thing jagex would use it (aulthugh the tools they might include)

I really need to read this sometime, but unfortunately, that isn't right now. I skimmed through it, and noticed the text on maps were a bit difficult to read. Is it just me or is the font supposed to be like that?

I recommend you to read the suggestion in the Thoreau Dark skins. I had to choose between the two as transparency with pictures caused some problems.

Sundays211, this idea was in fact my original suggestion of the Smoking Pickaxe. However, I felt it was too complicated. I also think that the most underused area of mining is coal mining, so it becomes a little more useful. I have been thinking to get it more charges, however. The Tools of Hells is only a small bonus if you acquire all the three items, so it's not really a new item. Thanks for your feedback !

I have updated the suggestion with a new monster, the Lava Strykewyrms ! They are in the same line as the other Strykewyrms released this week. They can be found around the Volcano and drop the exclusive Combustion Quiver.

This was an extremely well thought out idea, going up to the new strykeworms and such =P. I'm really looking forward to this (If JaGex decides it's good). But, here and there I saw some cheesy names, like "Core of Pain". Now that's not bad, but remember, millions of people have played Runescape, so it has to be your best. I can't think straight now but possible "Core of Corruption" or something a bit more memorable. Good luck, I can't wait! =D
