Can't say anything too much, just a stock anime character, the fact that you kept the anime theme similar for avatar & signature is good.

Signature - 8/10
Definitely a good piece of work, the stock character works very very well with the effects placed around it, blended extremely well to say the least, the color scheme is nice too.
