It takes 40 seconds to create 25 pouches. When using energy potions you'll need to waste 10 seconds banking to refill your energy after about 7 trips. This means that you can do 84 trips in one hour and create 2100 (x) pouches an hour.
**Please note that if you're not using any energy potions then you may only be creating up to 1700 an hour. The method above is using a Spirit Kyatt to teleport to the Piscatoris Fishing Colony, running north to head down the ladder, creating the pouches at the obelisk, using a ring of dueling to bank, and repeating.

My personall record is 2000 pouches on 1 spirit kyatt, or 2400 pouches/hour.

If you're consentrating 100% and doing it as fast as possible. Clicking while in air when teleporting with kyatt, turning your screen so you can directly click the bank and so on you manage to do 2400 pouches/hour. You'd lose a few min changing pouch every 50th minute and lose a pouch every 8th trip due to changing duel ring. (Rather teleport with 24 pouches rather than banking twice, saves a lot of time).

I have a better idea for summoning. I would time it myself, but I am low on charms and currently doing slayer while I get more. But here's my idea; instead of using the taverly obelisk, use the one in Keldagrim West. It is basically right next to the bank. : )

... well i feel stupid now cuz i didnt no there was an obelisk in keldagrim... btw can u try and figure xp for that 1? and are there ne quests needed 2 access it?
98% Of teenagers surround their minds with rap music, if you're part of the 2% that stayed with rock, put this in your signature.
ROCK IS BETTER.

Christian faith is a mere controlling tool used by the leaders of the Roman Empire to stay with the transition from a polytheistic culture to a Christian one. You can't have a good religion when books were omited due to causing social changes. Religion is a tool to hold you down. Some people like the ability to pretend to know the truth. I laugh in my head.
Add this to your sig if you think it is true.

That is a Small Summoning Obelisk in Keldagrim. It can only be used to recharge your Summoning Points, not create pouches or scrolls.

On my way to 61 crafting, I decided to time flax spinning in Lumbridge.

It took me 75 second to run from the bank to the spinning wheel, spin 28 flax, and run back and bank.
3600 seconds per hour divided by 75 is 48 trips an hour.
28 flax a trip times 48 is 1344 flax per hour.
This can also be applied to anything else you need to spin.

Hope this gets added.

Again, it needs to be something that's concrete. Mining level is the biggest factor that alters the numbers and it'd be annoying to find out the time for each level bracket. You could always submit that information to a Mining guide because I'm sure people would find it useful.

I actually noticed that Mining is listed up there though, so I'm going to take that down.

In Seers with the Seer's Headband (newest achievement diary item):

It takes 65-70sec to run to the spinning wheel, spin 28 flax, and run back to the bank.
53 trips (using 67sec) per hour.
1484 flax spun each hour.

Spinning time alone:

With headband - it took approximately 34 seconds to spin 28 flax.
Without headband - it took approximately 50 seconds to spin 28 flax.

It is true that theoretically Blackjacking is faster, but it requires lots of quick clicking, so unless you are very fast with the mouse, the XP might prove disappointing.

I made a spreadsheet in which you can calculate the cost of smithing certain items. I would like to share this, however I'm not so sure where to post it. A moderator told me to post it here. Don't know if you guys find any use into it.

Cooking in Lumbrigde using the logs takes 1m 20s. This includes lighting the logs and cooking 27 pieces of food. In an hour you can cook 1215 pieces of food.

Smithing in Varrock, it take 38 seconds to smith 5 platebodies. In an hour you can make 473 plate bodies.
