Well at first, my question is: Is it worth spending ~250m/300m on herblore for Extremes/Overloads?

I am a monsterhunter, after the exp weekend I gained 88 summoning and was extremely happy with it, I went
GWD immediately and sniped away 7 sara swords and 1 sara hilt away (CS'd) in 1 week. Now I saw all those high
level teams with people that have got Turmoil and Overloads, and they own! Now I set my goal for 89+ herblore (I don't
know if it's worth to get 96 for overloads, hope somebody can help me with that).

I am 70 herblore at the moment and as you could read, I wanna get 89+.

What is the best way to train this? I heared people talking about Serum 207, but I don't know.

I hope somebody can help me with this, maybe u have a guide or something :)

So I'm going for fire cape again (I blow at Jad for some reason) and am determined to get this time. My stats are:
87 Attack
95 Strength
81 Defense
92 Range
95 Prayer
99 Mage
93 Hp
My bank is not huge but I was planning on using V helm, K body, V skirt, fury, dboots, zammy book, accumulator. I have new prays obviously so I was thinking I might want more restores and less brews (soulsplit when safespotting to heal instead of brewing?), but I don't know if that'd actually be better. Either way - I need invent/bolt suggestions.

i would like to go boss hunting (eather solo or with a team) but know very little about it. I am a lvl 125 with resonable gear but have never delved into this section of the community before and i am finding it hard going.

My two questions are:

1) what bosses could i hunt with my levels (assume resonable gear and funding for resources)

2) where can i find players / teams to go with, i honestly have no idea where to find skilled high leveled player who i could potentially go to these places / monsters with.

stats:

99 attack
89 defence
87 strength
93 hp
70 prayer
73 range
85 summoning

Please excuse my total ingorance on this subject =)

+224 stab defense
