Would I post it in General Guides or in Content Camp?
It's already finished -- all that I'd need to do is tweak it to remove the MoD-specific bit about "clan time".

Edit: It's kind of outdated, but I believe it's the only defence pure guide out there.

Not any specific guides over F2P Attack/Strength, however, you could probably dig up a few guides that relate to combat monsters.

Max, I wasn't looking for a Defence Pure guide, as that would entail training defense, but a Strength Pure guide. I guess I shouldn't have mentioned Defence, but I was looking for one to train with Level 1 Defense. If you could find any guides out there, thanks.
