If you wanted to just hangout.. Couldn't you just do it in a clan member's poh? I don't see much of a difference between clan houses and a normal poh except for the events portal, which would be abused and the clan bank, which is still flawed. It sounds like a fun idea at first, but I doubt clans would use the houses much except right after the release.

This would be a neat updated in general, specifically for smaller, community clans, but I'm not sure if top warring clans would take much use to it. The majority of top clans ONLY war, with optional side events such as God Wars and Dking. This update would implement a lot towards smaller clans who are maybe more interested in the roleplaying side of the game versus clan warring.

I'm not sure if the bank system would be put to use, but I could realistically see top clans putting all their Rune in and creating a massive supply inventory. The practice arena I like, and see potential for a number of different uses. Small clans could use it to build their skills, medium sized clans could work on developing their skills, and top clans could use the space to go over and work out small kinks they may have within their warring performance.

Coming from an Events Leader, I can tell you that I would very much like such a HQ. It seems like a very good idea, and also a very plausible one. The only thing I can see become a problem is the clan bank addition. It would probably be abused by RWT'ers.

I love this suggestion. Posted Image Opposed to another poster above, I love to just sit and hang around RuneScape. Finally clans can have an official spot to do just that.

In regards to the clan bank and purchases, perhaps all of (or just a majority) the clan members have to vote on large purchases, so that the leader cannot just use the money to buy random items. Even more, there could be toggle settings (again, by a vote) that allow the bank to be a free communal bank. Everyone can put money in and the leader(s) can then make the purchases. Anyone who has access to the bank can remove whatever they need, though it could be proportional to the amount you put in, and it would have limits. I've almost imagined a system where the clan works as it's own little entity; the supplies of one are the supplies of all.

All in all, this is a step up from the usual clan-house suggestions, so for that I commend you.

I totally agree, this would be a great place and an awesome place to hang out with your frinnds!
