13 prayer would bring your max with 2h up to 26, 31 would bring it up to 27. 85 range/44 prayer is 16s with range, a very deadly combo with your high strength.
Wait it out a bit, get 90(ish) strength, and 90 range (15s), then decide on prayer.
My current stats are
87 Strength (27s 2h)
85 Range (14s range)
1 Defence
13 Prayer (A possible option for you here, only 1.5 combat levels for 2-3 hits with 2h, and 1 hit with range (86 range +5% = 15s with range)).

im 40-87-45 f2per wth 44 pray and 87 range, at 79 combat, and I love it tbh
85 range with 44 pray for 16s is definitely worth it, also get 88 str for 16-28s
1 pray is stupid in f2p, seeing pray not only boosts your str but also range, which cost much more combat lvls with 1 prayer

Pray is a pain for range/2h, I say no.
