Help From 65-70 Sum

I currently have level 65 summoning, 466,238xp.

I need to get to level 70 and I have the following charms:
Gold - 1018 Green - 555 Crimson - 445 Blue -112

I don't plan on training summoning after 70 in the near future so I'm fine with using all of my blue charms and I don't mind making worthless pouches.
Can someone please tell me what the fastest way to get to 70 would be with the charms that I have? Or tell me if I need to collect some more. :P

The pouches which need to be made are:
Make 445 of Stranger plant
Make 112 of Mithril minotaur
Make 132 of Barker toad
Make 555 of Fruit bat
Make 886 of Barker toad

That will leave you with 812,431.6 experience.
