I am currently not p2p, but when I do get p2p, I think I want to train my herblore up.
I'm going to incorporate farming into my herblore'ing. The thing is, I have NO idea as to how farming works, like, I have literally NO idea what you're supposed to do.
My herblore is 8, and my farming is 9. Basically, what is a good method of training my farming, and training my herblore with it as well, and how do I go about doing it?
Keep in mind, I have NEVER farmed (9 farming was quest) and I want to get my herblore up pretty sufficiently.

For farming: I'd recomend fishing while you grow the best crops you can at the patches. When you hit 15 buy all the items you need to save your trees start of by planting oak trees then carry on doing best tree you can do (keep doing this till deisred herblore level)
For herblore i'd recomend looking up a guide since you don't know what potions to do at specific levels.

Here's a guide to start you out on Farming: http://www.zybez.net/guide.aspx?id=515
I'd recommend doing a few trees to get your level to 57/68, then planting Papaya/Palm trees for money. Just plant them initially, then come back occasionally and pick the fruit to sell. Don't dig them up. Also, herbs are good for money, along with limpwurts/marigolds. Personally, I grow kwuarms(you'll have to get your level up some first, maybe try toadflax until then) and limpwurts, and make Super Strength potions(have to buy some limpwurts though). Initially, farm some low level allotments and herbs. Also, grow oaks, and eventually willows, with cheap, low level fruit trees.
Here's another guide: http://forums.zybez....owtopic=1315175
Hope I helped, good luck.

If you want to level farming fast, do both tree and fruit trees. Incorporate the herb patches into your run as well and use the herbs you get to train herblore. After selling the potions I expect you will be losing a bit, but not too much if you do many herb runs daily. If you want a more in-depth description of what items you need etc., have a look at the Zybez Farming Guide and the Zybez Herblore Guide
