87 range,77 mage. Going for 94 mage and 99 range. 289 Quest points(Access to most training spots) and a 30m budget.
Please suggest what methods i could use to gain both of these goals.

Barraging/Bursting Rock lobsters is quite good XP, great charms from it to.

As for Range, Avansies will reap immense profits.
Faster way could be Bronze Knives(if they buy) and head off to the Yaks at Neitzinot.

For ranged I would also suggest aviansies for not bad xp and good cash. And with that cash u can train mage. Stunning, sw or bursting. When aviansies get boring try slayer or greater demons in the ogre city cave thingy. :P gl

Hey Ryan

Ranging Mighty Banshees with a Rune crossbow and broad bolts is highly effective. They have good loot and can be safespotted. 50-60k exp an hour + 200k cash an hour.

Good thing is that it's never crowded.

Downside is that you need to wear masked earmuffs.

Stunning with sc headgear is 200xp per cast.
Pretty easy too. but not super cheap, but easy.
Its also 25mil from 80 to 99 with sc. >.<
As other people have menchened(god i cant spell o.O) Bursting is good xp,
For range you could try fire giants, or void.
Personally, i think 30mil is enough to get what you need.
But maybe not. Have fun barraging.
