Mmo's That Give The Same "feeling" As When You Play Runesc

Basically, I have quit for about a year from Runescape and I really have no intentions of going back to it because I just grew so bored with it. However, I do miss the feeling that I had when I played it when I just started it 4-5 years ago. It was a feeling I am sure everyone loved and has experienced and probably misses it. I know that Runescape cannot possible achieve this again because I have already discovered all there is to know and that is reflectant in the amount of time I have played it and how I am level 120 something (I forgot lol).
So I need people to suggest me good MMO's that you were very pleased with and made you happy and was fun to play. It doesn't matter if it's $15 a month (Like WOW) or a simple Java game (That's how RS started haha) I just want game suggestions.
Thanks and if my question was unclear please tell me. :)

Really, WoW has about the same feeling. It's far from RS, but I have to say that the sense of "upranking" is ever-present, much like RS, and it's totally worth the cash.

WoW, LotRO, Aion, and Guild Wars are a few of the bigger names with MMOs.
Might wanna check them out.

I've played Guild Wars for 2-3 years now, I found it really fun and really cool to explore and stuff and I just need another game to kill the time between now and late 2010 - early 2011 for when GW2 comes out. Brilliant game though. I have also heard Aion is a good game so I will look into that.

Excellent. You definetly know what I'm sayin and I really should try WoW out. I tried the 14-day trial out a couple months ago but I never really liked it but I will be sure to try again. Maybe the fact that it was a "Trial" kind of bored me lol.
Again, thanks for the responses guys.

I think any new MMO (to you) that seems exciting will do the trick :) That "feeling" is the feeling of being a complete noob. Atleast for me the best moments I've had in MMO's have been the first weeks or months when I discover this new unknown world.
