If you want a low level pure maybe try a obby maul pure, or a 20 attack pure. If you want a higher level pure maybe try a 50/60/75 attack pure?

I like the idea of an obby mauler
but it will take a long time to get it to 99 str

With that much cash, you could be anything. Probably start with a low leveled pure so you can evolve into a better one once you get sick of it. Probably start with f2p range/2h or str pure. Then go 50/60 attack with 13/31/44 prayer, and do dt as well. Then hybrid till you get sick, then consider 20 or 45 defence. Maybe 70+ attack too.

i would try 20 att pure...use range and then corrupt vls or corrupt swh for k0 :) never tried this but im pretty sure it will work =) good luck!

Any pure is 'effective' depending on how skilled the person is. Do you prefer range or melee? (Mage is more of a support skill to these 2 styles and should be raised regardless). Do you like getting high hits and dying a lot, or lower hits and dying less? Higher risk or lower risk. Really, any account can be successful depending on the person that uses it. Build it around your preferences and from there you can be successful.

You have quite alot of money. You can be almost any pure, but like others have said. Review and test out lower level pures and slowly progress at your interest.
