Idk about every1 but im sure im not alone when i say that to get all 8 combat related stats to 99 so u are lvl 138 (i think thats max combat lvl)is no easy thing. So what i suggest is a skill cape for lvl 138s. the master could be vanaka (hes combat master in tutorial island) or maybe someone in the warrior guild. The logo could be a shield crossed with a sword or something and the emote could be: Character gets approached by deamons on both sides and a dragon from the front. S/he draws 2 swrors and sticks them into the deamons at the same time and then use both to cut off the dragons head.
It could have the same stats as a normal skill cape and when you operate it it raises each combat stat to 100 which makes your combat lvl 140.
(im useless with pictures and vids so if someone makes a picture of it or a vid of the emote that would be great)

138 combat and 99 slayer are two COMPLETELY different things.
I'm sure there are 138s out there who aren't even ranked in slayer

A good idea, but it shouldn't make your combat rise. It should just give a small added bonus like a skillcape but a big larger.

I wouldn't think so. Sure, it would be bigger than most which involve mostly your own character, but it wouldn't really get in the way.

The emote won't work. It would require more than one square, which just won't happen. All other emotes fit into one square.

Far from saying it "wont get in the way", I'm 100% sure that Jagex will NEVER do it.

Think about it this way: You can already see Combat Levels. Skill levels cannot be determined (besides approximating based on gear, like knowing someone has at least 75 attack by noting they have a God Sword equipped), and thus skill capes are essential towards having recognition.

Honestly, I think 8 capes are enough. Why add another one? If anything, it will simply cause more and more people with "Maxed Combat", and thus make anyone without it look weaker, leading to more motivation towards "Maxed Combat", and simply killing the point of 99 stats in the first place.

Like Rascal was saying, each skill has their own cape. There is no need for a combat cape when you're 138.

I thought about this idea before and it would be a nice cape, but would it be based on the combat level, or on the combat stats because level 138 combat is achieved at 96 summoning not 99.

I thought the idea of skill capes was that you decide which cape to use based on a look you like and to be unique if a "combat cape" was even introduced i'm assuming most people would feel some kind of pressure to have it thus ruining any enjoymeant of leveling and just seeing it as a necessary rather then an optional achievement

I thought the point of skill capes was to show off an achievement, surely this is not needed for having maxed combat considerign you have it written beside your name
