Runescape Movies/Clips.

Okay so I have Camtasia Studio 6 & Sony Vegas Pro 9 and I want to start making Runescape clips.
As in boss hunting or guides etc.
However, when I record in Camtasia it lags. The quality is also not very good.

I used this video:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=svypPdDJkp4

Which took away quite a lot of lag but not all.
And at first made the quality better but after saving the quality went all weird.
I would also like my videos to be HD if that's possible.
I know these are highly recommended programs which is why I got them.

Any advise?
Also any advise on how to use Sony Vegas?
I've looked at it and there are a lot of tools.
Here is a clip I recorded earlier which I hope will help you give me advise:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QBytMzwJ1hM

And this is a clip I recorded just now as I was able to fix HD which hadn't been working for months:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iPtcktNmrro

Internet Connection

Hi all, I posted this on my clan forum and I'm not getting much response. I figured I should post it here as I'm confident there are more people here who would be able to help me.

Verizon (ISP) was very fast for us until it stopped working completely and they couldn't fix it after 2 new modems sent to us, 3 technicians came to our house, and countless phone calls. Needless to say, we switched to a new service. Never have any outages or anything, but it's slow as hell, especially when my sister or mother is using their laptop. May be due to the fact that the new modem was connected by cable in the basement and we needed to get a wireless router to be able to connect wirelessly from upstairs, and my desktop is on the top floor whereas the previous modem connected into the phone jack on the 1st floor. (Keep in mind American terminology for floor numbers, I know it's different for you guys over there.)

Anyone have any ideas? Things are slow, RS goes to hell when I try to load a page with lots of pictures in another window and YouTube isn't worth the wait, ect. Is it possible that I'm not going to get anything much faster than this and I'll have to upgrade to a new ISP/faster package? Someone please see if you can help me out.

If this is of any use-
My current internet speed...

Beware Antivirus-Soft!

Hey everyone, a new trojan is sweeping the internet.
This virus is called "antivirus soft"
Basically it's a "fake" antivirus, it does a fake scan, bringing up supposed "infected files"
It then promps you buy the full version to get rid of it. (the "infected files" it brings up are purely fictional and downloading it is just a scam to get your money)
However this is not the case, it has an annoying pop up that constantly pops up no matter what you click, it also denies access to your system restore as well as your anti virus programs, suffice it to say it is very annoying.

Recently this virus attacked my computer, I did not download anything, it attacked the internet host, requiring no downloading to contract this virus. It is easily spread through streaming sites and well as community sites such as face book, myspace, twitter etc.

I tried getting rid of it but it is very pesky and a PAIN to get rid of, the only way I've found of getting rid of it is this-

Follow these steps

1.Restart computer, press f8
2.select safe mode with networking
3.click start all programs-Accessories-system tools-system restore
4.set a restore point to before antivirus-soft started showing up

(Sites claiming to have a download that can fix it are completely false to my knowledge, I found one that people said could, however hwen I tried downloading it antivirus soft claimed it was "infected" and would not let me download it)

I hope I helped anyone with this annoying virus, and for the rest of you I hope you never have to deal with this pain in the rear end.
